Yellowfin Tuna
Excellent for your heart, brain, thyroid, furtility and weight loss champ! This wild caught wonder isn’t in a can and will soon be the only way you eat tuna from this day on!
- 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 4-6 oz Yellowfin Tuna steak, thawed
- 1/4 Navel orange, juiced
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Dill weed

Preheat the oven on broil

Pour the oil into a small pan and spread the oil over the bottom of the pan using a napkin.

Place the tuna steak in the pan and squeeze the orange over the top of the steak, covering it in juice.

Sprinkle the top with garlic and dill.

Place under the broiler for 6 minutes.

Turn and repeat for another 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve warm. YUM!
*You can make tuna fish with this cooked tuna steak as well!
