Artichoke Dip
The easiest, greatest dip you will ever eat!
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Diced green chilies
- 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese

In a small bowl, mix the mayo, green chilies, artichoke hearts, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Spray a small pan with cooking spray and spoon in artichoke mixture.

Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Serve with celery sticks or vegetable crackers.
