Artichoke Dip

The easiest, greatest dip you will ever eat!

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Diced green chilies
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayo, green chilies, artichoke hearts, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  2. Spray a small pan with cooking spray and spoon in artichoke mixture.

  3. Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

  5. Serve with celery sticks or vegetable crackers.
