Beefy Cheese Calzone

Course: Main Course
Ingredients
  • 1 can Jumbo Wheat Biscuits
  • 1/2 lb Dietz & Watson roast beef , shaved
  • 4 slices Pepper-jack cheese, sliced thin, each piece cut in half
  • Dried parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. 

  2. Taking 1 biscuit at a time, flatten the biscuit with the palm of your hand. 

  3. Add ½ slice of cheese and 1/8 of the roast beef. 

  4. Fold the biscuit in half and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.

  5. Sprinkle dried parsley on top of each calzone.

  6. Spray a baking sheet and bake calzones for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
