She has served as corporate Chef for Albertson's Inc., is the host of Cooking with Cathy on KXII-TV in Sherman-Dennison, Texas, writes the weekly column Cooking Corner for the Pottsboro Press newspaper, operates Creative Cuisine catering service, is the award-winning author of Creative Cuisine: Ordinary Made Extraordinary, and has launched her own line of all-natural salsas.
